Yet another dodgy PPI scam! I’ve received two calls in as many days regarding this nonsense. Apparently, the government has set aside a whopping £6 billion to repay the banks for mis-sold PPI policies. When I mentioned that I’d attempted to claim ages ago but heard nothing back, the caller insisted that the banks had been misleading me and that I'm entitled to some cash. I just told them to keep it! Fingers crossed that sorts the matter.
