I got a call from someone saying they were from TalkTalk's tech support. They claimed there were issues with my router and that others were trying to get into it. They started asking for my personal info! When I asked what number they were calling me on, the line just went dead straight away!

I've been getting loads of calls every day from different numbers, all with the same recorded warning about my internet being cut off. They tell me to press 1 to fix it or something like that. It's happened 3 times already, really annoying!

Someone rang me saying they were from the TalkTalk tech team. I asked if I could get a callback number as I was tied up, but they said no. Then I requested to speak with a manager and the woman just ended the call.
