Typical p.i. nonsense. I went ahead with what the caller said and it was a mistake. They hit you with a massive 30% fee plus 20% vat on anything they manage to claim for you. Basically, they end up taking nearly half of whatever you should actually get.

So there's this firm called Wilson Advisory, probably outsourced by PPI insurance companies or something. They kept ringing me when I was home, like every 15 minutes on my landline!
