I left the call on speaker for a good 5 mins to drag it out and annoy them. They said they were from O2, but really just trying to get you to say yes so they can sell your info to other firms. This number rang me the other day. A woman named Danielle said she was with O2 and wanted to offer a cheaper plan. I told her I’d just switched to a better deal a few months ago so I was happy. But later I got suspicious and checked online, turns out it might be a scam. They had already asked for all my bank card info, which worried me. I’ve reported it and ordered a new card to make sure they don’t manage to take any cash. Fingers crossed it all gets sorted.

Got three calls within a day, on the second one I asked them to take me off their list. They promised to do it. Then 3 hours later, they rang me again. Really pushy, wouldn’t let me get a word in, kept saying they weren’t selling anything but could help me save cash.

They rang again later, I told them again I wasn’t interested and asked why they kept calling me. This time the woman just hung up on me. Ended up having to block the number to stop the constant calls.

Someone named Kelly from O2 kept ringing me, not even paying attention to what I was saying, then went ahead and called me the very next day. While I was trying to explain she kept interrupting with "uh uh great, so shall I arrange for a specialist to ring you back?" Kinda felt like a typical O2 thing. Do they all have the name Kelly or is it the same person just pestering me loads?

Someone saying they're Kelly from O2 kept ringing my kid's phone, really irritating. They just wouldn't accept a refusal. I rang O2’s customer service and they said this number isn’t linked to them at all. Sounds like a dodgy scammer probably fishing for card info.

I believe this number is dodgy. Best thing to do is block it and put it on your blacklist every time it rings - that way they won’t be able to get through to you anymore.
