Got a call from "KSLEGAL" - the person was pretty polite and took down all the details about my accident. They transferred me to the solicitors and everything seemed alright so far. I'm now just waiting for some paperwork to arrive from them. Luckily I was hurt in the accident, so it's a relief to finally be able to make a claim.

Got a call from KS Legal again, but now they’re ringing from 0203 634 9451. It was a woman with a thick Liverpool accent going through the same old story about some car crash my wife supposedly had. She wouldn’t tell me her name or any contact details but promised to ring back later tonight. Honestly, just a load of dodgy scammers.

They kept ringing me non stop and I just kept ignoring it. Finally I picked up after a few days and it was about some accident, they hardly said anything but somehow knew loads about me!!! What can they possibly do with all this info? I never signed anything, thank goodness, and I told them my car’s been written off since last year but they still got my address and DOB. Honestly, feeling a bit worried now!!!

Just to set the record straight, someone is pretending to be me and using my business info to call others. A person just informed me about these calls from numbers I don’t recognise, like those mentioned above. Please note, I’m Krasimira Sekulova and have nothing to do with these calls at all. I’m honestly shocked that someone’s stealing my identity like this. I’ve even been getting calls like this myself lately and have already made a complaint on one of the sites.

If anyone can obtain the company name, it should be reported to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). It is important to note that making unsolicited calls is now considered illegal, regardless of whether the phone number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) or not.

I received two calls today, one during tea time and the other at 14:45. When I picked up the phone, they addressed me by my first name and said they were calling about a motor accident that wasn't my fault, which apparently happened two years ago. I asked them to confirm the exact date, but they refused, citing data protection reasons. In a polite manner, I asked them to kindly stop bothering me and not to call me again!

They called me about some accident from 2015, which left me baffled. I asked for more details but, as you'd expect, they had no clue. When I questioned where they got my number from, they said it's from some "opt in" list. They couldn't explain what that actually meant and I made it clear I never agreed to anything that would let my info be shared for some made-up accident claim. Totally fishy.

The moment I picked up the landline, I realised it was some kind of call centre - heaps of chatter in the background but no one actually talking to me for a bit.
