The caller actually mentioned the full name of the other driver, as well as the make and registration of their vehicle. It really makes me wonder if they’re legitimate claims handlers or perhaps some exceptionally cunning con artists! I haven’t been involved in any car accidents, nor am I looking to reclaim any mis-sold PPI. While I appreciate they’re just trying to earn a living, I find it increasingly frustrating.
