Honestly, I’m shocked by some of the comments here, as this number is definitely from the Volvo Garage in Bury. It’s a legit contact (they call to arrange servicing for our Volvo). When I miss their call, I always ring them back on the same number. I’ve been dealing with this number for over two years, so it’s hard to believe folks are claiming it’s linked to PPI or HMRC - feels like some people just say whatever!

Just to clarify, Denuo Data Limited isn't behind these phone calls at all. We don’t have a call centre or the means to make such calls. Our info is being shared online without permission, and we've reported it to the proper authorities who are now looking into the matter. Cheers

Got calls from a PPI claim company on 17 May, and then kept ringing on 6, 7 and 8 June. Every time I told them to remove my details and stop calling or I'd have to report them. Clearly they didnt listen so now I’m going to file a complaint. Such a pain - best just block the number and report them straight away.

I've finally figured out who’s behind these calls. They come from a call centre in Manchester called First Point. When I confronted them and mentioned I’d report them to the authorities, they admitted they were just working on behalf of another company. They sent me this info: Name & Registered Office: DENUO DATA LIMITED 2B HADDO STREET GREENWICH LONDON SE10 9RN Company No. 09032971 After a bit of digging around, I discovered the owner is Daniel Francis, who also goes by Danny Francis on business networking sites. His mobile is 07776 422036. Once I spoke directly to him, he promised to remove me from their list and even agreed to pay me £100 for the hassle. He kept his word - haven’t had a single call since.

They kept ringing me but I never answered. When I tried calling back, there was some robot voice talking about a money refund or something, with an option to press 1 to stop getting calls. The accent was all over the place and didn't make much sense. I've just blocked the number now so they can't bother me again.
