I've been getting calls from a few different Manchester numbers, and one of them keeps ringing at all hours, really disturbing me on my night shifts! The others are clearly PPI claims. These firms seem to target people by location a lot, so I’m pretty sure this one's just more of the same spam. I've gone ahead and blocked it now!
