This number has rung me a few times, but I never picked up. I tried ringing it back from a different phone just to check who's behind it, and got a recorded message saying something like, "please hold and you’ll be connected to the next available advisor" - sounded like an American voice. I'm not really sure who they are, but didn’t hang around long enough to get through. Feels like it might be a scam, so I've just blocked them now!

Honestly, these lot are the worst, they call my mobile several times daily. I've asked them to quit ringing me since I've had Throat Cancer and struggle to talk properly, so I stick to texting on my phone. Now they're actually having a laugh at how I sound when they call. Proper rude and clueless people if you ask me.

I picked up the phone and the lady on the other end was talking really fast, so I struggled to catch everything she was saying. She brought up PPI, but when I told her I’d already sorted a claim, she insisted my info had been sent over from the company handling it. Then she asked me to verify my details by answering some questions. I asked why she needed me to do that if she already had my information. She then said there might have been an error in the details she received, so she needed to double-check. That’s when I told her no thanks and hung up.
