I reckon this is about that dodgy PPI mis-selling. Whenever you try to explain your side, they just ignore you and won’t hear a thing... so frustrating!

So, this number rang me and I ended up calling back without thinking. Some guy with an Indian accent answered but I couldn’t make out a word he was saying, then he just cut me off! Hopefully it’s not some dodgy scam call... fingers crossed! 😬
