Most times there’s either silence when I pick up or it’s so noisy in the background that I can’t make out what they’re saying, but I reckon it’s about PPI claims. They’ve called my partner loads of times. She told them to stop and they said "we’ve called 4 times but only spoken twice." Apparently 2 days ago there was a 7 second convo saved on their system. The person on the phone actually argued with her, using her name like it was a swear word. It was super irritating and made her feel really uneasy.
