Hey, the guy who called me said his name was John. I told him I’d already finished my claim, and he just called me delusional and then cut me off. Honestly, I’m thinking about making a complaint!

They keep calling me from numbers starting with 0161841 and the last digits keep changing - had about three calls today alone. I’m just blocking every one of them as they come through. Such a pain!
