I received a call from a utility firm that claimed I’d had a prior chat with them regarding signing up, which is absolutely untrue. This is complete nonsense! I’m tied into a contract until 2018 and I’ve made it explicitly clear to anyone who calls that I’m not interested. The chap on the phone outright misled me, and it feels like a scam to lure unsuspecting customers into a new deal.
