Endless calls with no one on the other end! It's driving me mad!

This number has been bothering me every single day, and quite often it'll ring multiple times! When I called back, it turned out to be an automated system stating I was contacted by the 1st Call Group. They claimed I could opt out of their calls by emailing them. However, I decided to block the number instead, as I really don't fancy giving them my email address too!

This number has been ringing incessantly-eight times in just a pair of days! It goes silent the moment I pick up and then just cuts off. Oddly enough, there's another one that finishes with 4325 that's been doing the same. Very peculiar indeed!
