What a nightmare, just wanted to end the chat but they kept going on and on! Proper pest, had to hang up in the end.

This number rang me a total of three times today and had also bothered me five times over the past week. I finally decided to ring them back, expecting it to be one of those PPI claim firms trying to get me to let them handle my case. A chap called David Clarke answered and, even after I made it clear I wasn't interested, he kept pushing aggressively, trying to pressure me into letting him gather my details. It was quite unpleasant how forceful and rude he was. Luckily, it was me, not my elderly parents or my partner, who had that experience with such a pushy and impolite person. I have no idea how to lodge a complaint against this company with any regulatory authority, but I really want to.
