Earlier today, I received three calls from this number, following five attempts last week. Out of frustration, I decided to return the call, only to find myself dealing with a PPI claims firm eager to represent me. The chap I spoke with, David Clarke, didn’t take kindly to my disinterest and proceeded to engage me in a rather hostile manner, attempting to pressure me into surrendering my details. Honestly, the way he spoke was utterly appalling. It horrifies me to think that someone like my parents or spouse could have ended up in a conversation with such a rude and aggressive individual. I really want to lodge a complaint against this company with a regulatory authority-if only I knew how to go about it!
