By the time I picked up on the eighth attempt, the woman on the other end was speaking in a rather cryptic manner, claiming I'd been involved in an accident and somehow had financial compensation waiting for me. When I admitted that I was completely lost by her explanations, she became quite aggressive! I tried to ask for her supervisor, but she flat out refused! Honestly, her rudeness was quite astounding.
