Got a call from someone pushing life insurance, and I could hear a bunch of chatter from a call centre behind them. Really not interested.

I told them I wasn't interested, but they kept pushing. Eventually, I had to make it clear - "No means no!" After that, the caller said thanks and promised not to call again. Pretty sure it's just spam, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.
