I received a rather curious phone call from this number claiming to be following up on 'an incident I encountered some time ago'. Naturally, I decided to play along. When I inquired about the specifics, they confidently stated it was within the past 17 months. However, when they turned the tables and asked for the date, I cheekily replied with 'some time ago'. This evidently flummoxed them, prompting another question about what I meant by 'some time ago', to which I reiterated, 'within the last 17 months'. After that, they abruptly ended the call. Remarkably, today I’ve had four more calls from them! I'm steering clear of responding since I'm overseas and don’t fancy the costs. But I must say, when they next ring me, I plan to have a bit of fun with them!

PPI scam for sure. I got a call about some accident they said I had in the past. I decided to mess with them a bit. I asked when exactly it happened, they claimed it was sometime in the last 17 months. Then when I asked again, they seemed a bit confused and repeated the 17 months thing. I just kept saying 'a while back' and ‘within the last 17 months’. After a bit they just ended the call. They’ve rung me like 4 times today already. Not answering since I’m out of the country and it’d be expensive. But next time I’ll have a bit of fun with them!

PPI - utter nonsense! Today, I received a rather dubious call regarding 'an incident I supposedly experienced some time ago'. Naturally, I decided to play along and inquired about the exact date, given that they purportedly possessed all the information. They claimed it happened within the last 17 months, so I tossed the question back at them. When was it, I asked? They pressed me further, seeking specifics on my 'some time ago'. I cheekily replied, ‘Oh, not too long back’. In response, they promptly hung up! It’s astonishing, as I've already been harassed by this lot four times today. I'm currently overseas, so I’m avoiding their calls to save on costs. However, I'm already plotting how to have some fun at their expense the next time they ring.

They’ve tried ringing me three times now, I ended up blocking the number. Don’t really know what it’s about since my phone warned me it wasn’t a secure call.
