However, I’ve scoured the internet and found no trace of such a company. She abruptly concluded the conversation with a rather threatening remark about sending a collector my way, before hanging up on me. Quite rude, I must say, and it has left me feeling uneasy, particularly since there’s no information about this so-called company. To add to the oddity, I’ve not received any letters from them either. I attempted to return the call, but was met with an interminable wait filled with dreadful hold music, only to be cut off by an automated “Goodbye.” How peculiar and unsettling!M.
