I've been getting calls on my mobile quite a few times daily for several days now. Eventually, I decided to pick up. They started off by asking if I was someone with a different name. When I clarified that I wasn't, they stubbornly insisted that I was. I reiterated my position, but the chap on the other end became rather hostile, accusing me of lying and asserting that I was indeed that person before abruptly ending the call. As you can gather, they have a rather dubious approach to customer service! My advice would be to simply block the number at the first instance you see it pop up.

They persistently ring me throughout the day without pause, and I simply ignore their calls. It's absolutely infuriating!
