They alleged that TSB had been deceitful regarding what customers might be owed. When I inquired about the source of my phone number, the woman on the other end became quite irate and accused me of wasting her time. It's rather unprofessional for someone to respond in that manner. Naturally, I hung up. I attempted to ring the number back thrice, only to be met with an incessant hold message, stating, "All our operators are currently engaged. Please remain on the line and we will connect you to the next available representative."
