Got a call from Consumer Care Direct about Life Insurance. They claimed to be looking over policies for the major insurers. First thing they asked was which company I’m with, and I was like, shouldn’t you already have that if you’re doing a review? I just let them carry on talking, sounded like they were trying to push me to change providers and rake in a big commission. Honestly, don’t share any details with these lot.

This lot goes by the name Consumer Care Direct and they're located in Manchester. You can find the names of the directors on Companies House. Their contact numbers are easy to find on Google too. We're signed up with TPS, so they're clearly acting illegally. Their website's currently offline, so I'll be dropping an email to their directors to express how annoyed I am with their behaviour. If they don’t knock it off, I’m thinking about taking them to small claims court for harassment.
