Absolutely infuriating! I asked six times for someone to escalate my concern to a manager, and they flatly refused. This marks the fourth time I've been contacted today alone! They seem to have made it a habit to ring me up every hour and a half to two hours. It's nothing short of harassment, if you ask me!
