So they’re called First Choice Group and if you have a look on their site, everything about their PPI refund service just looks dodgy. They claim to get your money back but then want to charge nearly half of what you get, which is ridiculous when you can claim it yourself without paying a penny. Proper con artists, honestly.

I got a call on my phone and seriously, I'm drowning in these sales calls now!!!!!!!!!! The woman said it was related to some insurance payment I supposedly had. I just told her nicely to buzz off and bother someone else instead.

I think it's good to warn others about who's phoning, but wouldn't it be better if we had some kind of blacklist to shut these scam callers down for good? People are honestly so sick of them ringing non-stop. My heart goes out to older folk and those more vulnerable who are stuck indoors all day, getting battered with calls. I sometimes get up to a dozen every single day - it's just relentless! The other morning I even got one at 6:01am, surely there's a law against calling that early? If I were in charge, I'd make sure these scammers never got to use a phone again.
