As a web designer, I recently received a call from this lot claiming they could rocket me straight to the top of Google’s search results. Absolute rubbish! When I declined their offer, the salesperson didn’t even bother to say goodbye-just an indifferent "alright" before the line went silent. I received a rather annoying call earlier today from a bunch of daft individuals. Apparently, one of them was pretending to be Andrew from Google or some such nonsense. I politely said I wasn’t interested, and he abruptly cut off the line. To my astonishment, he rang back and simply hung up again! This charade continued, with a total of eleven calls coming my way. Unsurprisingly, when I attempted to return their calls, there was no response whatsoever. Ridiculous!

I received a rather abrupt call from this number, claiming to offer advertising services on Google. I informed them that I wasn’t keen on it, and to my surprise, they hung up immediately! I found that quite disrespectful. I attempted to return the call for a civil conversation, but it wouldn’t connect. I received a call earlier today and asked the caller not to ring me again, but they started to get rather cheeky and quite rude. As a result, I’ve now saved the number in my contacts as SCAM 1.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Google, touting their ability to enhance my bouncy castle business’s visibility to ensure it featured prominently on Google’s first page when people search for “Bouncy Castle Hire Grantham.” I entertained his spiel for approximately ten minutes, all the while conducting my own search for that term. When I casually mentioned that my business was already listed twice on the search results, in addition to my Facebook page, and that I was actually looking at the screen while chatting with him, the line abruptly disconnected. How peculiar!
