I got a call about my PPI claim, saying they’d sent me some papers in the post. Then they asked me for my name. I thought, if you don’t know my name who exactly are you sending those docs to? So I just hung up there and then.

Got another rubbish call from a 1st Call Group claiming I had some kind of accident or ppi insurance issue, which I definitely didn’t. Didn’t bother picking up and just blocked the number straight away.
