I've received countless calls from this number, and after several attempts to communicate with them only to be met with rudeness, I found myself quite exasperated. During one particularly distressing call, I raised my voice to express my feelings, explaining that my teenage son had recently passed away and kindly requested to be removed from their database. The woman on the other end responded with nothing but disdain, laughing and mocking me, asking if I needed a doctor and suggesting I should silence myself. This behaviour is utterly outrageous and simply intolerable.
