For weeks now, this number has been ringing me nonstop, probably hundreds of times. I've told them to quit so many times, but they just don't listen. They’re really pushy and even shout at me when I pick up. Plus, they keep giving me wrong info, yet they just keep going like nothing's been said. It's so frustrating!

I got calls from them like 6 times in just 15 minutes. Every time I picked up, there was no one there. I don't have any accident or anything, so I just blocked their number.

On the 13th October, I got two calls from this number. They were saying I’d been involved in some kind of accident, which was totally wrong. When I said that and asked who exactly was calling me, the woman on the other end just chuckled and then cut the call. So annoying! She said she was with Auto Care Assist, but the worst part is there’s no way to call them back. Proper frustrating.

On 12th October 2017, at about 4.28pm, this number gave me a ring. A lady spoke claiming she was calling from Motor Assist Services, but I didn’t catch her name exactly. She said I’d mentioned being in an accident during my last insurance renewal. Thing is, I haven’t renewed any insurance recently, so that was a straight-up fib. Plus, I’ve never been in a crash. I played along a bit, just to get more info, saying maybe I had but asked what exactly her company wanted. They were asking if I was deemed at fault and offering help with uninsured losses. Since I’ve never been in any car accident, I ended the call pretty quick. I reckon someone must have leaked my details, breaching data protection. I’m a personal injury lawyer myself and know full well you’re not meant to cold call members of the public like this trying to drum up work. It’s not just annoying, but it really gives our profession a bad name. The regulator should really step in and sort this out.

They kept ringing me up, four times in about ten minutes! One time, the bloke even tried to talk in a silly high voice, like he was calling for the first time. It was all about some insurance payment. When I wanted to chat with someone in charge, they said no supervisors were around. Then they went on to say they'd keep calling me every day unless I did what they demanded. Proper annoying!
