I reckon this is one of those automated calling systems. They've also been using these other digits to reach out: 0161 814 3870 and 0161 814 2834. If you ring back, you'll just hear a standard message instructing you to provide your name and email if you wish to be taken off their list. Honestly, it's best to steer clear of that nonsense. Far easier to simply block these numbers altogether. However, if you’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), it’s worth reporting them for disregarding the rules.
