I hung in there and listened for a bit, then snapped and told him it’s morons like him making insurance prices shoot up, and I swore at him proper. He didn’t take that well and said he’d keep ringing to tell me off for swearing. He actually did call again, but I wasn’t having any of it and didn’t say sorry.
