Extremely unpleasant and discourteous behaviour... They’ll inundate you with calls, pestering you endlessly to get you to agree to process your PPI claim with their services.

No idea who was calling, they kept ringing but I ignored it cos it sounded like one of those dodgy scam calls, maybe about PPI or some accident claim nonsense.

Properly rude and abusive lot. They keep phoning all the time, hundreds of calls asking you to go through them for a PPI claim. Really annoying!
