Just like others have said, these folks are absolute scam artists. They say stuff like "you've been in an accident" or try to sell PPI. I block the number, then within minutes they ring back but the number is just a bit different, like the last digits changed. I’ve even tried contacting the ombudsman to report them, but they never stop ringing me. It’s really frustrating!
