I've just had an encounter with someone attempting to pose as my insurance provider. When I challenged them about their association with the company, they confidently affirmed it, spouting the typical spiel you hear before a call, including that familiar line about the call being recorded for training and monitoring. I am also planning to reach out to trading standards to report this suspicious behaviour.

I recently flagged the number 08000987885 as it's been posing as my insurance provider in an attempt to extract personal details from me!

The other day, I received a call from someone claiming I was due £2000, but there's no chance I'd ever be able to look my maker in the face and say that I was hurt! I'm the sort of chap who only takes what I rightfully deserve. Sure, I'll allow my missus to have a bit of fun with two fingers, but if she dares to attempt three, well, let's just say that's crossing a line, and I won't stand for it!

Absolutely impolite and immensely irritating; they seem to be promoting deceitful practices for certain!

My daughter and I ended up receiving over £70,000 for the injuries we endured. Initially, we were rather dubious about the whole process. But lo and behold, 18 months later, I found myself with a cheque for £47,000, while my daughter secured £23,000. To label this as a scam seems rather unjust; it strikes me that perhaps someone is just disgruntled because they couldn’t pursue their claim. The insurance sector is a colossal moneymaker, after all, and they're bound to profit even if countless individuals decide against claiming. So, in my view, it's wise to grab what you can-having money in your bank account is always a plus!

I recently engaged with a legal service specialising in motor claims, and I must say, my experience was quite splendid! They managed to sort everything out in under eight weeks. In total, I think I only invested about an hour of my time, which included two quick ten-minute calls and the time taken to sign a few documents. It was all remarkably straightforward, and I ended up with a payout of £2000!

Once more, I received a call for the third time. When I requested that they cease contacting me, the representative became quite hostile and discourteous. They rang from the 01928 area, claiming to represent a different firm, but wouldn’t you know it, it’s the same old company once more!

I've been receiving incessant calls from 01928200345, who claim to represent Access to Justice and the Legal Motor team. It's been an absolute nightmare! For ages now, they've been hounding us without respite. Whenever I've queried them about their affiliation with Access to Justice, they outright deny it, insisting they aren't connected. However, a quick 1471 reveals their true colours - they certainly are! It's infuriating!

The chap in charge, a certain Dave Cullen, really ought to be out of the game, especially after being banned for unlawfully gathering information! What a complete pillock. He had the audacity to threaten me with sending people to my home unless I made a claim. When I called their office, I had a chat with a rather beleaguered employee who mentioned that he's quite the oddball, known for ambling about with a finger nestled in his belly button and behaving poorly towards his team! It's utterly baffling how this company is still operating out of Jersey Street in Manchester. Absolutely bonkers!

Legal Motor Services - truly the lowest of the low, and it seems they're trying to manipulate the situation for their own gain. Like several others have mentioned, I receive incessant calls from their team (they’ll toss around their company name but conveniently neglect to share any personal identification). They ring me up, claiming they're aware of my involvement in a ‘no fault’ accident (which is accurate), insisting that I’m owed compensation. I’ve made it clear that I am not eligible, as the repairs were handled by the other party's insurance, and thankfully, I wasn’t harmed at all. Yet, they keep hammering on about how I could be entitled to a hefty payout. Given my legal background, I can confidently say it’s all a load of rubbish. What truly alarms me is how they acquired my number and how they learned about my 'rear-end collision'. Someone, for the love of all that is good, please put a stop to their antics!

I've been pestered by this firm on countless occasions. They really don't seem to grasp the concept of 'no' and their tactics can be quite intimidating. They often dial from ghost numbers to evade being reported for making unsolicited sales calls to those of us listed on the Telephone Preference Service. However, I've managed to track down a way to reach them at 0161 814 8820. When they answer, just inquire if they've had a mishap; when they inevitably hang up, just give them another bell. It's high time we put a stop to companies like this once and for all. Fingers crossed the Information Commissioner begins imposing hefty penalties!

I had a chat with a woman named Sue from the legal motor department. She guided me through the process of filing a claim, and I'm pleased to say it has been approved! Now, I’m just sitting tight, hoping the funds come through soon. Fingers crossed!

I recently had a chat with Bobby from the Legal Motor Services, who’s apparently operating under the AA banner. I must say, he was a rather eccentric character, quite off the wall in his mannerisms, yet somehow managed to assist me in recovering more than £2000 from my personal injury claim. He’s certainly a unique sort, with a speech pattern that’s a tad perplexing, but there’s no denying he’s quite knowledgeable in his field. If you’ve found yourself tangled up in a non-fault road incident, I would highly recommend reaching out to the Legal Motor Team. They seem to know their stuff!

I find it absolutely baffling that some folks are calling this outfit a scam! I actually made £2200 with their assistance last year, so my experience has been nothing short of positive. It's rather perplexing how people can have such differing opinions!

I must say, these folks were a real lifesaver for me! They provided every bit of information I required and guided me through the process of making a personal injury claim, considering I've been battling back pain for months on end. To top it off, they covered the costs for my physiotherapy sessions, and I'm now feeling a whole lot better! Excitingly, I’ve just had my payment come through, so I've treated myself to a lovely week away! 😊

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with a claims management firm that operates entirely within the law. After experiencing some pain following my accident, I found myself rather in the dark regarding my entitlements, as my insurance provider wasn’t very informative. Thankfully, this company stepped in and clarified everything for me! Their assistance was invaluable - highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐

Received three phone calls today, 1st May 2015, from a firm called Legal Motor Services, all about compensation for an accident that wasn’t my fault. The callers identified themselves as Joe, Jamie, and Bruce, plus one other person. When I pressed them for their names and details, they were rather vague (the number was withheld originally), but eventually, I managed to get the number 01618149433. They attempted to pass me on to a solicitor affiliated with their company, Scott Rees Solicitors, who then requested my national insurance number to continue. I expressed my discomfort with the situation and made it clear I wasn't keen on proceeding, yet they indicated they would be getting back in touch by next week.

I've received a total of six calls from various individuals representing Legal Motor Services. Each time, it was regarding a claim for an incident where another vehicle collided with mine, and most of the calls were from withheld numbers. However, one of them came from the number 01249 699891. When the sixth call came in (on Good Friday, no less!), I requested the caller's full name, which was given as Howard Ramsey, along with the company’s name, Legal Motor Services. When I asked for their address, he refused to provide it. I simply replied that it was his call to make and stayed silent until he eventually hung up. I’m definitely going to lodge a complaint with the ICO.

I've just had my second call from these persistent lot! The first time, I made it clear that I wasn't interested in their services. And today, yet another call, threatening that unless I sorted things out, I'd keep getting hounded by other firms. It's absurd! They only have the phone number they're ringing, not a scrap of useful information about me. It feels like they're just trying to chase after potential claims. Honestly, if I ever needed to make a claim, my insurer would handle everything, no need for these annoying cold calls!

I've just received a call from this number. A bloke named Bobby claimed to be from the Legal Motor Team. To be frank, it all felt a bit dodgy. He was aware of an accident I had last year and mentioned that there’s still some compensation due to me. It's all rather odd, given that I thought this matter was settled last year when I got my payout. Bobby was also asking for further details regarding the other vehicle involved. Something feels off about this. Should I just brush it off or should I provide them with the information? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

I’ve just received a rather alarming call from the number 0161 814 9433. The chap on the line claims there's an outstanding payment tied to one of our company vehicles linked to a motor accident. To top it off, our driver has never filed a claim for personal reasons. Upon returning the call, I was met with an exceptionally rude individual who threatened that our driver would find a fine on his doormat for failing to settle the matter. When I probed for the company's name, they identified themselves as The Hand of Claims Limited. It all seems like a blatant scam to me!

As someone employed in the insurance sector, I can assure you that your personal information remains secure and has not been shared. Rest assured, we don’t sell your information to third-party firms. It all feels rather dodgy, so I’d advise everyone to steer clear. This unethical practice contributes significantly to soaring insurance premiums, as they often try to saddle unwitting clients with injury claims.

Receiving constant calls from Access for Justice on both my landline and mobile has become rather tiresome. Despite having requested multiple times for them to cease these continuous interruptions, the calls keep on coming. It's quite frustrating, really!

I’ve been inundated with calls from this number, claiming I’m entitled to compensation for an accident that occurred a few years ago. The thing is, there were no injuries involved, so clearly, there’s no basis for a claim! I was covered by an insurance provider backed by Hastings Direct, so I can't help but wonder if they’re peddling my information. Does anyone know how we can put an end to these annoying calls?

I keep getting calls from this number, and it’s rather unsettling. The woman on the line started prattling on about a supposed incident from 2012, claiming my parked car was involved in a collision with a taxi. She really tried to push me into making a claim for a seatbelt injury. Once I pointed out that it was all a bit dodgy and mentioned I work as an insurance underwriter, she abruptly cut the conversation short! It makes me wonder if insurance firms are attempting to claw back their losses by peddling our private information. Absolutely appalling!

I’ve been inundated with calls regarding an incident from back in March 2012. At that time, I was insured with Aviva, and it seems they've passed my information on to some outfit claiming to be Access for Justice. Oddly enough, a quick search online yields no trace of them at all. To top it off, there’s absolutely no claim to discuss since no injuries were involved. When they next ring, I’m thinking of just leaving them hanging on the line without uttering a word.

I've been inundated with calls lately, sometimes as many as six in a single day! They keep insisting that my 'passengers' are entitled to receive £1500 each due to an accident from last year. It's absolutely baffling! How on earth can insurance companies disclose details of claims like that? For the record, I didn’t even have any passengers involved. It feels quite outrageous, doesn't it?

Received a couple of calls from this number regarding an incident I was involved in last year. They mentioned that there would be no compensation since my vehicle was stationary at the time! The caller claimed to be affiliated with Aviva, yet Aviva have no knowledge of them whatsoever. Quite puzzled as to how they obtained my information!
