Got a voicemail from some spam about credit control or whatever, really irritating. I didn’t even bother calling back, just blocked the number straight away!

They kept ringing me over and over again but never left a voicemail. When I finally picked up, they mentioned I’d had a car crash that wasn’t my fault and even knew the exact date, though their info felt a bit sketchy. They claimed I could get £1400 in compensation and said they’d post me a cheque if I provided more info. Honestly, it sounded dodgy, so I’m not bothering with them anymore.

I got a call from this number and they actually knew my full name. They told me I’d been in an accident, even gave the exact date, and said I could claim some compensation because it wasn’t my fault. I hung up straight away, but I’m really curious about how they found out all that info.

Got a call about some car crash I was in, saying I was owed cash. They somehow knew all my info. They said they didn’t know my insurance company though, so how on earth did they get my details? Proper worrying stuff.

Got a call from some bloke who was really unpleasant, telling me I'd been in a crash and that they had my vehicle registration - none of it was true. He rang me like 8 times back to back. I’ve blocked the number now. Wouldn’t even say where he was calling from.
