Vitality. I filled out an online quote and ticked the option not to be contacted, but they kept ringing me all day. When I finally picked up, I said I was at work and couldn’t chat, but they just kept going on, so I had to hang up. Ended up blocking the number after getting about 7 calls in less than three days.

This is a UK financial services and life & health insurance company owned by South Africans. They're legit, but their sales approach is pretty pushy and honestly, it doesn't help them at all. The parent company is 'Discovery Ltd', if you want to look them up. Definitely make sure you compare options properly before committing to any long term stuff like life insurance.

Vitality - Like all the other times, they just keep ringing even tho their policy clearly doesnt cover me. Ive told them loads of times "I've already talked to your underwriters" but they just dont seem to care or pay attention.
