I had health cover with Vitality Health via my old job, until I got made redundant because of the pandemic. Honestly, it feels so cold the way they’re trying to get me to carry on with the policy privately - as if I can just suddenly afford it after losing my source of income. Proper harsh business tactics if you ask me!
