Avoid InTouch Networks. I ended up cancelling my account because it was just a scam. They charged me once, then years after I stopped using their service, they claimed I agreed to an ongoing annual subscription - for services I never got and had already cancelled!

They sent a standard pre-action letter saying I owed money due to some auto-renewal that didn’t even exist. That was totally false. In Touch tried calling me a few times to “chat,” but after I made a huge fuss and complained about the law firm’s baseless threat, they backed off straight away. Just a heads up - this lot seems really dodgy, so watch out.

This clearly reeks of a scam, and I believe they ought to be looked into by the relevant authorities.
