I reckon this is connected to the In Touch Network, the one for things like Neds. They offer training and give access to a network, but honestly it's way too expensive. You do have to pay, and it’s definitely not for everyone. Plus, if you don’t sign up, they keep ringing you non-stop with cold calls.
