I got a call from a lady who kept pushing really hard. I told her I couldn't catch what she was saying, and she snapped back with "If you actually paid attention, you'd be able to hear me." Problem was, I was on the phone chatting with family after my mum’s funeral, so I wasn’t really able to focus.

Some insurance lot have been pushing me to make a car insurance claim even tho I wasnt hurt at all. Even after saying a few times, and again last week that I dont wanna claim, they went and called me a "dick". I rang back, asked to speak to their manager and got called a "dick" yet again.
Absolute disgusting law breakers.
