I received a phone call from a rather pushy lady. When I mentioned I was struggling to hear her, she snapped back, "If you actually paid attention instead of ignoring me, you'd understand!" The truth was, I was busy chatting with family after my mum's funeral, which made it rather difficult to engage in her conversation.

I’ve been dealing with an insurance company that's been rather pushy about me making a car insurance claim, despite the fact that I wasn’t hurt in the least. I’ve reiterated multiple times, including just last week, that I don’t want to pursue a claim. Yet, I was still insulted and referred to as a rather unpleasant name. When I attempted to reach a manager to sort out this mess, the same rude behaviour followed. Honestly, it feels like dealing with a bunch of unscrupulous leeches!
