this bloke was really aggressive, kept asking to speak to someone by their first initial and last name. when i said no, he started swearing and got all threatening. i told him i'd call the police and then he went as far as threatening to kill him! the poor old person on the phone was so scared. totally unacceptable behaviour. i have reported it to the police.
