This bloke claimed he was calling from BT's technical department. When I asked what the issue was, he stuttered and paused for a bit. So I cheekily asked if he'd lost his spot on the script. He responded with “Oh, f*** off then.” If he was really from BT, he wouldn’t have talked like that! Definitely a scam. Be careful out there!
