6 yearsI got a voicemail from a robotic voice that said there had been two transactions on my credit card, one for £400 and another for £1300, and claimed they looked suspicious. They never really said who they were supposed to be from. Then it asked me to press 1 to confirm the payments, 2 to cancel them, or 0 to hear the message again. I hit 0 because I hadn’t heard the start properly, then some American-sounding voice told me to hold while being connected to an operator. I ended the call straight away.
