I had an unfortunate experience with a lad named Sam from Debt Solutions. Despite informing him repeatedly that I’m signed up with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), he wouldn’t let up with his inquiries about my debts. When I requested to chat with his manager, he rather pompously declared that he was the top dog. After reiterating my TPS registration, his response was shockingly inappropriate, calling me "stupid" and "an idiot." Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!
