They claimed to be from Thinkmoney’s fraud team, but the calls came from numbers ending in 5001 and 5002, not the usual 5000 that Thinkmoney uses. When I tried ringing back those numbers, it said they weren’t recognised. After speaking to Thinkmoney directly, they confirmed those numbers weren’t theirs. They also tried sending me a one-time passcode and asked me to repeat it to them, which seemed really sketchy. The next day, I got another call but this time the number was hidden. Unless someone can prove otherwise, I’m convinced it’s a scam.
