Got a call from someone pretending to be Virgin, saying there was a problem with my internet and I needed to log into my laptop so they could fix it. They kept insisting they were there to help and wouldn’t charge me anything, telling me I had to follow their instructions. They warned me my broadband would be cut off in two days if I didn’t cooperate. When I asked them personal questions to check their identity, they couldn’t answer, so I just hung up.
