This company kept ringing me non-stop, so I just started ignoring their calls. I finally picked up one day and told the guy how annoying they were, mentioning I’d been dodging their calls for ages. He actually said, “you’re handling it well,” but I told him I haven’t had any accidents, didn’t want any PPI, and wasn’t dead either. I warned that if I got another call, I'd be reporting them to the ombudsman. Then I just ended the call.
