0161 768 2523 Just got a call from a woman claiming to be from St Ann’s hospice, saying the call was recorded. She sounded like she knew my name. When I asked how she got my number, she said I’d ticked a box somewhere. Was clear she was fishing for payment info. Nice try with the friendly tone though.

Got a call from someone saying 'Is this Mrs XXXX?' which I'm not, obviously. Then they went on, 'while I’ve got you, do you own your home?' It's obvious they just guessed the name and are trying a cheap trick with their cold call. Definitely should be blocked.

Got loads of calls from some financial claim firm, so I just blocked the number. The caller had a strong foreign accent and there was a weird echo on the line.
