I rang back a missed call from this number and felt uneasy straight away. There was a voice of a man with a Welsh accent greeting me, but he never mentioned which company he was from. The message then told me to press 1 if I had an appointment or 2 if I was returning their call. It struck me as really odd that no one would introduce their organisation like that, so I figured it was probably some sort of scam or attempt to phish info.
