Always the same story about PPI, claiming tax back or whatever. The only PPI I ever claimed was about £38, doubt there’s much tax to get back on that! They offer to reclaim the tax for you but charge at least 40%. You can easily sort this out yourself by going on the HMRC site. I’ve had more than ten calls from them, and every single time I tell them to buzz off, that I’ll handle it on my own and refuse to pay their crazy fees.
