The caller couldn't even get my name right and gave a postcode from a completely different town. Came out of nowhere and was a proper cold call. Had me on the TPS list but they didn't seem to care.

They keep ringing me but just leave messages on my answerphone, no actual conversation ever happens. It's getting quite annoying!

i saw others mention this same thing, got a call from a firm named “trusted research” who said they wanted to survey my home. when i asked for the address they had on file for me, the guy couldn’t give me an answer. i told him i wasn’t interested and don’t take unsolicited calls anyway. seems dodgy to me, probably some kind of scam.

i get about 2 calls every day, i let the answerphone pick up but nobody ever leaves a message. strange thing is, they do leave their phone number.

A guy called me saying someone would visit to do a building survey, but it just didn’t feel right at all. Something about the way he spoke seemed off, like it was a bit dodgy. I wouldn’t trust it to be honest.
